Kari Gundersen (she / her) RYT, RTC is a registered therapeutic counsellor. She is a graduate of the Clearmind Institute, the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, and trained in trauma studies under Dr. Gabor Maté.

Her therapeutic technique is a holistic blend of Narrative Therapy, Ancestral Healing, Shadow Work, Transpersonal Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, Compassionate Inquiry, Inner Child Work, and Post-Traumatic Growth. Tailored to each client’s needs and strengths.
